A blank canvas on the main lake was my first full scale project. From our initial consultation, Jerry & Betsy believed in my design background, & untested abilities. Every aspect of a complete project from design to lighting was involved in this amazing transformation. Excavation, retaining walls, & a defined run off stream with bridge were installed for erosion control. Massive mounds of azaleas meander throughout the very steep & diverse site. A large split level entertainment area is complete with a fire pit & stunning pergola. Winding walks, white sand & beach volleyball are a very visible feature of this Swannerland point. Substantial increase in value has been realized, & exceptional ROI for these owners. I am forever grateful for Jerry & Betsy’s faith in my ability.
